Adopt 3 AXIS Roller linear guideway
All three axes use Taiwan HIWIN or PMI P3 linear guides, which better guarantees the precision of the machine tool and enhances the processing capacity of the machine tool. The three-axis rapid displacement reaches 48M, which improves the processing efficiency. The large-span worktable adopts 6-slider design. Compared with the ordinary machining center, the design of the machine tool table is more rigid and avoids the loss of precision and machine maintenance caused by the wear of the rectangular guide rail. The downtime loss improves the reliability of the machine tool.

The whole machine explores 300 high-grade resin sand molding castings, which are tempered, vibration and natural aging treatment to eliminate internal stress.
Wide base bed + large span guide rail
One-piece upper water guide plate type wide base, 5 large parts are meshed internal structure, ultra-wide "human"-shaped column at the bottom, triangular inverted T-shaped sliding seat, body oil-water separation structure (water front and oil behind), built-in type Pipeline.
High stability, 8 supporting feet
The machine tool adopts 8-point support and densely ribbed honeycomb box bed structure design, which effectively disperses the gravity deformation of the machine tool and makes the base more stable.
