1. The overall organization
The machine tool adopts a gantry frame fixed structure and a movable worktable structure. The large basic parts are made of high-quality resin sand modeling and high-strength cast iron materials, which enable the machine tool to obtain high rigidity and stable precision. The main castings have undergone finite element analysis, and the rib layout is reasonable, which fully meets the needs of machine tools for high-torque cutting.
2. Guide rail
The bed guide rail (X axis) and the beam guide rail (Y axis) adopt imported heavy-duty roller linear guides, which have low friction, strong carrying capacity, low high-speed vibration, low-speed no crawling, and high positioning accuracy. The cross beam guide rail adopts the combination of the front side and the top to increase the span of the guide rail and improve the carrying capacity; the ram guide rail (Z axis) adopts the four-sided cast iron-plasticized guide rail, which has good vibration absorption and ensures smooth cutting during processing. It is suitable for powerful milling of spindle extension, large hole boring and machining with angle head.

3. Ram
The machine tool adopts Taiwan imported spindle, which has large torque, high speed and low noise, which fully meets the requirements of boring, milling and drilling. The oil cooler reduces the temperature of the main shaft, improves the service life of the bearing, and reduces the impact of the thermal deformation of the main shaft on the machining accuracy.
4. Tool magazine (optional)
The disc-type manipulator tool magazine is installed on the side of the column. The cutter head is driven and positioned by the roller cam mechanism during tool change. After the spindle reaches the tool change position, the manipulator tool changer (ATC) completes the tool return and feed, ATC It is a gear hobbing cam mechanism, which can run at high speed and noiseless after preloading, so that the tool change process is fast and accurate.
5. Cutting cooling system
Equipped with a large-flow cooling pump and a large-capacity water tank to fully ensure circulating cooling. Cooling pump power: 1.5HP, pressure: 3.5bar.
The end face of the spindle box is equipped with cooling nozzles, which can be water-cooled or air-cooled, and can be switched at will. The cooling process can be controlled by M code or control panel.
An external cleaning air gun is used to clean the machine tool.
6. Pneumatic system
The pneumatic triplet can filter impurities and moisture in the air source, and prevent impure gas from damaging and corroding machine tool components. The solenoid valve group is controlled by the PLC program to ensure that the spindle tool release, spindle center blowing, spindle tool clamping, spindle air cooling and other actions can be completed quickly and accurately.
7. Machine tool protection
The machine tool adopts a protective design that meets safety standards, which not only prevents the coolant from splashing, but also ensures safe operation and pleasant appearance. Each guide rail of the machine tool has a protective cover to prevent chips and coolant from entering the inside of the machine tool, and to protect the guide rail and ball screw from wear and corrosion.
8. Lubrication system
The guide rail and ball screw pair adopt centralized automatic thin oil lubrication, and each node is equipped with a quantitative oil separator, which regularly and quantitatively injects oil into each lubrication part to ensure uniform lubrication of each sliding surface, effectively reducing frictional resistance and improving movement accuracy , To ensure the service life of the ball screw pair and the guide rail.
