The high speed of the main shaft is 8000-10000rpm (synchronous belt type) 12000-24000rpm (in-line type), both types can be processed continuously for 24 hours.
The SPINDLE adopts the original Japanese imported AC servo main motor, which has large output torque and high transmission sensitivity. Three-axis adopts Japanese ultra-high performance AC servo motor; it provides stronger power during heavy cutting, has the function of gap self-compensation, and improves the positioning accuracy.Adopt Taiwan famous brand SANJET/ROYAL brand spindle unit. GuideWAY &BALL screw
X/YZ guide rail adopts imported roller linear guide pair, which has high bearing and high load, and has good vibration resistance for high-torque cutting. The screw adopts imported large-diameter high-precision C3 grinding grade pre-drawn ball screw, which is directly connected with the feed servo motor and can be placed close to the axial center of the cutting point.
The linear guides are made of Taiwan HIWIN/PMI, high-quality, high-rigidity and thick roller linear guides, which have high rigidity, low noise, low friction, and high sensitivity, reduce the frictional resistance of the feed movement and low-speed crawling, and improve the accuracy and life of the machine tool. The precision bearing is equipped with a high-precision and high-rigidity lead screw, which greatly improves the machining accuracy of the CNC machine tool.
Pneumatic system
Equipped with Taiwan Jinqi pneumatic device, the newly upgraded pneumatic system of the whole machine adopts integrated and unified management and control, which is easy to operate and manage.
Lubrication system

Water leakage and optomechanical testing
